Return & Refund Policy

At ROUTINE HIGH MAINTENANCE, we want you to feel confident in every product you bring into your routine. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

Because our products are skincare and beauty items, we are only able to accept returns of products that are unopened and unused, except where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at yrhm@protonmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at yrhm@protonmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping
