What is Routine High Maintenance?
Routine High Maintenance is an editorial lifestyle and wellness brand. We publish premium content around intentional living, from wellness and fitness to food, clean beauty, low-toxin living, books, and the products worth keeping for life.
What makes the brand different?
We're not chasing trends. Everything we share, whether a ritual, a protocol, a shopping guide, or a toolkit, earns its place because it's genuinely useful and made to last. The point is a life built with intention, one small decision at a time.
Who is this for?
For anyone who believes wellness is built in the details of everyday life, and who prefers considered choices over noise. If you value quality, calm, and consistency, you'll feel at home here.
Do I need a membership?
No. Our Journal and much of what we publish is open to everyone. Membership simply unlocks a little more, which you can read about below.
Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within one to three business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the option chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at yrhm@protonmail.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order is in transit, we're unable to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us at yrhm@protonmail.com or 424-570-0564 right away. Once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Returns
How do returns work?
Most items can be returned within 30 days in unused, original condition. Email us with your order number to start a return, and we'll send instructions. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens. Photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Membership
What do members receive?
Members get early access to collections and drops, members-only journal entries and rituals, and first look at everything we create.
Is membership free?
You can join our list for free to receive our newsletter and updates. Details on any paid membership tiers, when offered, are shown on our membership page.
How often do you email?
Thoughtfully and not too often. Expect occasional notes on wellness, routines, books, recipes, and products worth sharing. You can unsubscribe at any time.
