Thank you for your order. Below is everything you need to know about how Routine High Maintenance processes and ships orders.
Domestic Shipping Only
We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery time estimates begin once your order has shipped — not when it was placed. Actual delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Routine High Maintenance is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and with your building manager
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly
- Contact us at yrhm@protonmail.com if the package still cannot be located
Lost package claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Routine High Maintenance is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at yrhm@protonmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If reshipment cannot be arranged, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable for reasons within the customer's control, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued.
Holiday & Weather Delays
During major holidays, carriers experience high package volumes that may delay deliveries beyond estimated times. We recommend ordering early during the holiday season. Severe weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control may also cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at yrhm@protonmail.com. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
